If anyone could help me understand what I am doing wrong here that would be much appreciated as most tutorials online just say "if you can see it in the Reflect Review, just open the Unity Importer and press Import".

I have both the Unity Pro and Unity Reflect Develop licenses, and the editor knows that I am signed in with the correct account because if I sign out or use a different account it will give me the error messages of needing to sign in or needing a Unity Pro/Unity Reflect Develop license, respectively. I have the Reflect Package in my project but when I open the Reflect Importer window and press refresh, nothing appears. The problem occurs when I open the Reflect Importer window from within the Unity Editor. Also, on the Reflect Review, I can open the models properly and view them as intended, so they are definitely being accessed there. I can then see them in the Unity Reflect Review program and under my Organizations Projects on the Unity dashboard webpage (pics of them being recognised below).
